Non-Benefits of Being a Farm Kid
Thanks to this wonderful thing called "Daylight Savings" my husband now works until the sun goes down and then some. It is now 9:15 p.m. and the tractors and trucks are just rolling into our drive, with my boys in them. They need to get baths and eat then straight to bed. Ugggh! It wouldn't be so bad if they didn't have school tomorrow, but the state of Indiana thinks that it is necessary. Maybe if every child became a farm kid they would loosen up on the school laws a bit.... Okay, I need to go and herd them through the remainder of the night so they can go off to dreamland and dream about building fence and cows. Good night for now.
